Η Χριστίνα Τοφιτζίκη είναι δικηγόρος και μέλος του Δικηγορικού Συλλόγου Κύπρου. Είναι απόφοιτη του Πανεπιστημίου του Hull και του Πανεπιστημίου Manchester Metropolitan, όπου απέκτησε πτυχίο νομικής LL.B. (Hons) και είναι κάτοχος του νομικού προγράμματος εκπαίδευσης (LPC). Έχει προηγουμένως εργαστεί στο Μάντσεστερ, τις Βρυξέλλες και τη Λευκωσία σε διάφορες νομικές θέσεις. Χρησιμοποιώντας τις νομικές της γνώσεις, υποστηρίζει την ομάδα σε νομικά, εμπορικά καθώς και διοικητικά καθήκοντα που προκύπτουν καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια λειτουργίας του EU One Stop Shop. Έχει πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής και της ελληνικής γλώσσας.
